Custom Paper for not that much paper
You might have heard of or used services like Minted, Zazzle, or Canva for semi-custom paper goods. I’ve used them on many occasions (for both personal and professional reasons) and enjoy them as a cost-effective option for clients who want to incorporate my designs. Meander through the various projects below that display my custom paintings and are printed via these services (I saved possibly my favorite for last).
Note: I do not receive anything for promoting these services. These are simply what I enjoy using.
Baby’s First Birthday
For this little girl’s first birthday, her mom wanted an extra special invitation. With a name like Camellia, what else would I have painted!? We also had more camellia garland painted on the backside. This design was also printed via Canva.
A detailed Journal entry for this project coming soon!
Milwaukee Wedding
For this Milwaukee wedding, the bride wanted the city’s skyline on their invitation. They also had a details card and wanted their venue - Goodcity Brewing - to be featured.
For these two designs, we printed via Canva. It has honestly been my best friend since 2016, and their site and offerings have only gotten better!
Personalized Stationery
If you’re like me, you love the thoughtfulness and intention of a hand-written note. I send one of these cards with each of my commissions so you have a little note from yours truly <3
This is another Canva cutie. At this point, you probably think I’m obsessed with Canva, which I am.
Duluth Wedding
For this couple, we designed a full wedding suite.
Their Save the Dates (printed via Canva) included a painting of the couple in a beautiful fall-colored forest.
Their invitations (pictured; printed via Minted) enticed guests with a colorful portrait of Duluth’s north shore.
Their details card/timeline (printed via Canva) had the cutest little illustrations (pictured below) to greet guests upon arriving at their hotel.
The original paintings were even on display at the wedding!
Bridal Shower Games
Custom bridal shower game cards were designed for Guess the Dress, Bridal Bingo, and Put A Ring On It! These designs were printed via Canva, but the invitations and thank-you cards were printed via a local print shop.
